7. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, designs, logos, trademarks, and proprietary methodologies on BoGau are the exclusive property of GODO Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
8. Donations & Subscription
BoGau operates on a goodwill donation model. The suggested amount is 365,000 VND/year (approximately 1,000 VND/day). Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not constitute a purchase of services or guarantee of any specific outcome. 51% of proceeds go to social impact programs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoGau's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of donations (if any) paid by you in the preceding 12 months, or 1,000,000 VND, whichever is less.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City, or the competent courts of Vietnam, without prejudice to the parties' rights under applicable international treaties and conventions, including the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.
11. Amendments
GODO Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification.
